You are mainly responsible for creating good-quality blog posts for our various platforms. Writing with the help of AI is totally fine, but you must be able to understand the output and correct / improve accordingly. It would be great if you have knowledge with SurferSEO.
You will create 1-3 posts per week per platform and you are responsible for choosing topics that are relevant to the specific platform, e.g. don't create an article about "content writing" for Deftform etc.
You must have a basic understanding in SEO as each blog post should be about a specific keyword to drive some traffic over time. This also involves choosing relevant images (at least one) via Adobe Stock.
Most of our platforms have a help center. Many of them are either outdated or incomplete.
You would create and update help center articles for our platforms. This involves understanding each platform and its functions and writing helpful guides / answers. You will also create short (30s - 2min) videos showing various actions within the platforms. The tool of our choice is https://www.screen.studio, it's really great and easy to use.
You don't have to speak or show your face in those videos (but you can if you want to and don't look like Shrek).
In some cases, you will need to use https://www.synthesia.io to overlay some voice explaining things. We will show you those tools during on-boarding. It can be quite fun to create those videos.
Don't worry, this won't be a main task but if you feel like it, we'd be stoked if you feel comfortable answering a couple of support questions that arrive via chat every once in a while. It's not much yet, but it's getting more and it would be great to get a little support there as well.
