Our own journey began in 2016, when Andreas – our founder – started building a social media platform. It was launched in late 2017. The platform got some traction very quickly but he soon realized that moderating such a platform was overwhelming, even in these early days. Eventually, he decided to shut down the platform in 2018.
Back then, an affordable knowledge base software to create a help center for the social media platform was needed. Most solutions were bloated with unnecessary features and gimmicks, and most were overpriced, so we started working on our own solution called eniston.
Over the years, more products and smaller tools – like InstantFAQ and ahref – were developed by us. Today, we have thousands of customers who are spread all over the globe, ranging from individuals to solo-entrepreneurs to SMEs and beyond.
